Welcome to the expert EFT Tapping Courses of the Energy Therapy Centre!

Attending one of our EFT courses will ensure that you are trained to the latest standards by UK based EFT Master, Master Trainer & Psychotherapist, Ashley Meyer. Ashley's warm, dynamic and in-depth approach will ensure you leave our EFT courses having had a profound experience, whether you are attending for personal or professional reasons. EFT training courses follow the syllabi of EFT International, the largest supervisory body of EFT worldwide. Full student and practitioner support is also available through on-going EFT Mentoring & Supervision sessions available in groups or individually online. Our established community of practitioners and students will add both support and challenge for your onward EFT journey.

There are 3 levels of EFT training

Your EFT training journey will start with Level 1, the introductory level, followed by Level 2 the practitioner training. Once you have become certified/ accredited as an EFT practitioner, you may the wish to further and deepen your skill level by joining the Level 3 EFT training to become an Advanced EFT practitioner. Many people choose to do the Level 1 and 2 EFT trainings over the same weekend and then if wanted, continue with post-course work to become certified as an EFT Practitioner. Ashley Meyer has trained nationally and internationally with leaders in the field and has over 20 years experience using EFT in a clinical setting. He has an MA in psychosynthesis psychotherapy, has trained in NLP, hypnotherapy and life coaching, as well as other energy-based techniques such as TFT and TAT. Ashley's focus is to ensure your strong foundation and confidence to start your own EFT journey, whether for personal or professional use.

  • Level One

    This is where the EFT training begins; a course geared to setting strong foundations in the principles and "mechanics" of the technique. You will learn how to apply EFT in a variety of situations, enabling you to get started using it on yourself, friends and family. Level 1 training is prerequisite for progressing to the next level, Level 2, the practitioner training.

  • Level Two

    Level 2 training delves deeper into the potential of EFT, and prepares you for certification and accreditation as a practitioner. You will leave with a toolbox of techniques, enabling you to work safely in a vast array of situations. Ultimately EFT is an art, and this training builds on the foundation level  of training to this end. Once complete, you can then choose to work towards certification and accreditation under the expert guidance of The Energy Therapy Centre.

  • Level Three

    Once you have become certified/ accredited as an EFT Practitioner and have had some client experience, you may wish to take this advanced level of training. The Level 3 training will take you to an advanced level of mastery, introducing you to deeper ways of working that improve the potential for transformation. During the training we explore more creative ways of working, developing intuition and language skills and understanding progressive steps to healing. Working with the Inner Child, Parts Work and Beliefs Transformation are also covered. Once complete, you will be able to work towards becoming certified/ accredited at this level.
